Today was nothing less than INSANE. I started my workout off with Rev Abs' Power Intervals which is pretty crazy, i hate those damn lunges with the weights ughh. but anyway now that i look back on it i am glad that i pushed through the pain and discomfort. After Power Intervals was P90X's Cardio X. Now this was my first time Ever doing Cardio X and it was AWESOME. It started off with Yoga which was a so called Warm Up, Nottttttt haha. It was nice to get back to some Yoga moves. there wasnt alot of Yoga maybe 15 minutes of it , but it was enough =) . It also incorporated Plyo moves , Kenpo Moves, and some killer ab exercises. Doing Abs-Core Plus Yesterday i definitely felt it today doing the ab moves.
It was a crazy day, all in all, and i burnt 850+ Calories in a little over an hour. I purchased a reebok heart rate monitor yesterday and this one comes with a chest strap which i dont have with my current Sportsline one. It also allows you to download your info onto your computer i think and track what your minimum and Max HR was and the % of Fat you burned out of your total calories. I cant wait to get it, probably getting it tomorrow and i will blog on my thoughts of it.
Tomorrow is Shoulders and Arms w/ Ab Ripper X. I love this workout because i love working out my Biceps and Triceps and Shoulders, Its what everyone notices besides your abs.
