today was Power Intervals and Kenpo+ from the P90X+ programs. TODAY WAS INSANE PERIOD.
first time doing Kenpo+ and its very different From regular Kenpo. Kenpo+ is much more fast paced and he does not demonstrate how to do the moves he just goes for it and i guess if you know the moves already its good but if its your first time like me its kinda awkward. It was still a Kick Ass workout and i enjoyed it ALOT. I burned 1050 Calories today and i didnt even eat that many before the workout. I worked out around 1 and all i had was Oatmeal in the Morning and Golean Cereal before the workout. I do want to try and incorporate more carbs into my diet because of the Doubles that i am now doing. So i will let you guys know how that works out if i get more carbs in. I also must eat a little more so i can refuel my body properly after a workout like this.
Another Important Note:
- On wednesdays i will Do X STRETCH not a Weight Lifting workout.
- the reason is because i DO NOT want to overtrain my body. so by taking two days off per week will help me replenish and recover for the week. Hopefully this helps alot and i will let u guys know how it goes. Im sure it will not do any harm. Most Likely i will do Mercy Abs then X Stretch, Gotta get the Abs in.
Just put up my Pull Up Bar, i never really did pull ups, even while doing P90X because i used Bands. So im basically starting from Day 1 with Pull Ups but i am positive i will get better and better.
