Rev Abs Day 11 Update
So todays workout was Power Intervals but instead since i was feeling good i decided to try Rev it Up Cardio. This is a phase 2 Workout that really has some cool Capoeira moves incorporated in it. Capoeira is a type of dance used by people in brazil long ago but it really wasnt a dance. These people would slow the movements down and practice , making it look as if it was a dance. What it was , was a self defense move and when speeded up would look sort of like karate VERY COOL and a very interesting backround. anyway today was AWESOME i cant wait until the rest of the phase two workouts because they seem so fun. Today i burned about 750 calories and i had a ball doing it. My Shakeology Journey is going SO WELL. I have only been on it for 4 days now, i started on Sunday, December 13,2009 and Today is Thursday the 17th. I actually had 5 egg whites with a diced up turkey burger inside and i had it around 6 15 ...its 9 30 now and i am STILL FULL...usually it takes me 1 hour before i start getting hungry again. THIS IS AWESOME i cant wait to see what the next weeks are going to bring me
