ok so today i was feeling very pumped up to workout and i totally killed the workout today. Todays workout called for Power Intervals and i have usually been adding in Mercy Abs after my workouts just so i can burn More CALORIES and burn extra fat off of my stomach so that i see quicker results. After murdering Power Intervals I decided to try out a phase two workout. This workout is the " Father " of Mercy Abs. In this one he gives you NO MERCY, or no break time. All the workouts are a more advanced version from the Phase one workout , Mercy Abs. It was about 15 minutes long and it was totally killer. It was hard to get through the Spice Round, which is where he makes the workouts a little harder so that when you conquer it you can never go back to the old way. You must keep raising the bar for yourself each time so that you can get stronger and stronger. So today was Power Intervals and Merciless Abs and Day 6 is in the books.
