Day 6 of Fusion Schedule + New Nutrition Plan
I have recently decided that since i am really hitting this round X-TREMELY HARD. Doing a maximum of only 10 reps per move im really upping the weight. I want to focus on gaining lean muscle now because i have done so many programs where i lost alot of bodyfat. i am down to about 9 or 10 % bodyfat and that is past what i set my goal for. Gaining Muscle Mass Means Eating More. I am now focused on eating more Complex Carbs in the Morning before my workouts and try and keep it to no carbs after i workout ( like for dinner). The reason being is because your body needs alot of fuel, especially when you are doing a schedule like mine. This Morning i had 139g Carbs, 35g Protein, and 8g Fat. This comes out to be 75.6%/19%/9.8 Carbs to Protein to Fats. I am trying to keep my Carbs between 60-70% in the morning and 20-25% Protein. i could get more protein in my diet but i cant use Protein powder because i breakout using it. So im doing okay i guess since im just starting this diet. Since Whey and Casein are created from Milk, i have decided to drink about 1-1.5 cups of Fat Free Milk before bed. This will increase the amount of Muscle Contraction and also decrease the amount of Muscle Breakdown during sleep. Today i have two Cardio workouts so i hope having all these carbs will really help fuel me correctly. Yesterday i had a P90X Peak Performance Protein Bar before my Upper Body Plus workout, and let me tell you , my body was fueled Perfectly and i could bust it out on every exercise. So this is the end of my blog i will have my workout around 1 or 1:30 p.m. which is in about an hour. Hopefully my body will be properly fueled and i can give it my all by taking on Fire Up Your Abs and Kenpo Cardio Plus. LATER
